Here’s an inspiring story from Disney about creativity, the power of storytelling and how to promote an idea. Keep in mind that analogies can be a powerful force to use when you find yourself presenting an idea to a group who may not be focused on the same factors you are.

Being Canadian, we were immediately drawn to this article about a custom font that has been created for Canada’s 150th birthday in 2017 which allows text to be set in English, French and a few of Canada’s First Nations languages. This is an interesting project which adds to our national historic fabric, but not without some controversy.

People and organizations are talking about purpose and passion a lot these days as employee engagement levels within business remain abysmally low and people (millennials in particular) crave work they are passionate about and serves a purpose outside of financial profit.
